Service Description

When physical fatigue, mental overload and prolonged stress have built up, a standard session may not feel like enough. This private two-hour treatment combines traditional Japanese acupuncture and shiatsu massage to ease muscular tension, calm an overstimulated nervous system and support recovery from accumulated physical and mental fatigue. The treatment takes place in a peaceful, tatami-lined room inspired by a Japanese Zen tea room. Here, you can temporarily leave the noise and demands of the outside world behind and allow your attention to return fully to your body. Each session is carefully adapted to how you feel that day. Recommended when you feel exhausted, mentally overwhelmed, persistently tense or in need of a deeper reset. Step away from the outside world. Return feeling rested, lighter and more grounded.
