In the event that you cancel or reschedule your appointment within the 24-hour period, a fee equivalent to 50% of the full scheduled service price will be charged.

We completely understand that things can happen at the last minute and can assure you that we will be sympathetic in certain circumstances. Regrettably, we have had to put these measures in place because of the amount of no-shows and clients waiting for an appointment with us.
