We are thrilled to announce that Tomoyo Ikeda has joined our clinic as an acupuncturist this July.
Tomoyo hails from Niigata, a region in Japan known for its stunning natural beauty. Her upbringing in such a serene environment has endowed her with a deep appreciation for nature and a warm, compassionate demeanor.
Tomoyo has a rich background in education and has gained international experience through her work as a JICA volunteer in Fiji and the Philippines. This diverse experience has equipped her with a unique perspective and exceptional communication skills, particularly in providing care to those new to acupuncture.
She specializes in using ultra-thin needles (0.12mm) and non-invasive teishin techniques, ensuring a gentle and comfortable treatment experience. Tomoyo's empathetic nature and meticulous care are especially effective in addressing non-specific complaints such as coldness, digestive issues, allergies, as well as neck and shoulder stiffness, lower back pain, and hip joint disorders.
We are excited to welcome Tomoyo, whose background from the beautiful Niigata brings a fresh and calming presence to our team. Her dedication to holistic care and her gentle approach make her a wonderful addition.
