1, Initial Pressure Diagnostics & Tension Mapping​ 

In traditional Japanese Acupressure (Shiatsu 指圧), we gently press and palpate your jaw, neck, shoulders, back, and limbs to locate deep tension points and understand your unique stress patterns.

2, Ultra‑fine, Near‑Painless Needling

We then apply the thinnest Traditional Japanese style needle one by one to those key points (back neck, distal limbs). Each insertion is gentle and brief, designed to release built-up tension and reset stress-loop signaling.

3, Focused Shiatsu Release

After pressure point analysis and acupuncture, we use traditional Japanese Shiatsu techniques to gently release deep muscle tension. With precise manual therapy, your body is brought into greater balance, allowing you to experience a deep sense of relaxation

4, Deeper Mind Body Integration & Follow Up Plan

As you rest in this meditative calm, we’ll review how your body has responded, share a moment of Japanese tea, and co-create a simple weekly plan (typically consisting of two or four sessions) to solidify your improvements.
