We require a 50% deposit for new clients, new clients having a treatment service, on busy days as well as for clients with a history of missing past appointments. This deposit will be used as part payment towards your service and is fully refundable should you cancel, or postpone within 24 hours for your appointment. If you fail to show up or provide sufficient notice, unfortunately, you will lose your deposit and will be charged in accordance with our cancellation policy.
If we don’t receive 24 hours’ notice to cancel your appointment unfortunately, your deposit is non-refundable. All returning clients who fail to turn up for an appointment will be required to pay a deposit for their next service.
We completely understand that things can happen at the last minute and can assure you that we will be sympathetic in certain circumstances. Regrettably, we have had to put these measures in place because of the amount of no-shows and clients waiting for an appointment with us.
